Nathan Daugherty has been with Life Improvement Radio since May of 2013, and has been the host of many awesome shows. You may have heard him on Chewing the Fat , Monkeys & Playbills and Connecting Local Theater - He also hosts the annual New Years Eve show! Coming from an extensive background in music and theatre, Nathan knows what it takes to entertain a crowd! Some of his notable shows include Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Guys and Dolls, Mame, [title of show], The Prisoner of Second Avenue (award nominated), Songs for a New World, The Last Five Years, No, No Nanette!, and so many more! For the past 5 years, Nathan has toured with the Tampa Bay Blues Brothers, playing many venues in the Tampa Bay Area and beyond. Born and raised in NYC, Cindy Stovall has been an Old Northeast resident of St Petersburg since 1991. A Registered Nurse by profession, Cindy has always been a strong community advocate and patron of the Arts. Each Wednesday @ 6pm, Beauty & The ‘Burg will focus on the Cultural life of St Pete; including culinary, visual and theatre arts. It will be an exciting way to showcase our talented residents and share what we love about “The ‘Burg” with the world! Cindy’s grown son, Jordan Stovall, is an actor living in NYC. She is unapologetically, his biggest fan.
